Arrive & Get Settled
When you arrive, your private outdoor sauna + cold plunge space will already be warm, clean, and ready. You’ll receive simple instructions and then the time is yours.
Bring:
Swimsuit
Towels
Water
A change of clothes if desired
Optional: music, breathwork, recovery tools — whatever helps your body reset.

This is your session, your rhythm.
Start in the sauna to warm your body, open circulation, and relax your mind.
Move into the cold plunge to activate the nervous system and accelerate recovery.
Repeat the cycle as many times as you’d like.
Most guests alternate 2–3 rounds—but everyone listens to their own body.
